First Real Snowfall

Our first real snowfall of the year. So far, everything we have done to winterize the barn is working. Last year it was snowing in the barn and all over the alpacas. I closed up all the holes where snow could blow in. It’s beem a while since I blogged here so I am going to try to keep up with it. Just don’t always have time to write down what I just did. We had a pretty productive end of the year vacation. Got some of the alpacas’ toenails trimmed and also got in some Ivermectin and A and D shots. I really hate it when the alpacas can’t go out much, but they seem to be OK just hanging around the barn. Joy is starting to dig into our taxes and I think we are just going to have dinner and veg the rest of the night.
