Our Little World Alpacas Spring Open House, Here at our farm, Saturday, July 25 and 26, 2020, 10AM to 4 PM


This event has been cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions on our farm, but:

Alpaca Experience tours are available as as private tour.  Private tours are $3.00 per person with a $15.00 minimum.  Tours have to be scheduled by phone by calling Joy at 440-724-7070.  These tours are private and you actually get to interact with the alpacas instead of just seeing them from the fence line as with our open houses.  Watch the babies run and play and pet an alpaca.

We will be practicing social distancing as much as we can and although we aren't mandating the wearing of masks, your tour guide will be wearing a mask.  Please respect the owners and do not come to the farm if you have been exposed to COVID-19.


The babies are here! The babies are here! Come on out and see our newest cria’s (babies). We are hoping to show off our first cria’s of 2020. 

While you are here we hope you enjoy the peaceful quiet of the country and the calm that comes over you just being around alpacas. If you are wondering what we do with alpacas you may want to attend one of our free mini informational seminar: The care and feeding alpacas, Setting up your new Alpaca Farm – Layout & Logistics, How to be a farm without being a farm, what it takes, What to do with your harvested fiber – To yarn or felt or to Sell raw or Co-op?  You may also want to browse in our  Farm store which will be open for this special event featuring Hand knit hats and scarves, Alpaca Bears & Dolls and the warmest socks you will ever own some of which is made from the fiber from our alpacas. Or just come on by we have lots of alpacas for viewing & picture taking.

Have you ever visited a working Alpaca Farm? On the last weekend of September every year, many alpaca farms and ranches across America welcome visitors of all ages to meet their alpacas and learn about the alpaca lifestyle. Our Little World Alpacas will be opening our farm for National Alpaca Farm Days Open House.  

Come visit our farm, and enjoy the quiet peacefulness of watching the alpacas as the babies play while their protective mom’s quietly watch. Our farm store will be open for this special event; we offer unique alpaca gifts for family and friends. Alpaca is the gift of warmth, hand knit hats and scarves and the warmest socks you’ll ever own, made from our own alpaca yarn along with many unique and different items made from alpaca. We will be open from 10am-4pm both days.

Christmas in the Alpaca Barn, Here at our farm, November 28 and December 5, 2020,  10 AM to 4 PM

Come and join us for Our Little World Alpacas 8th Annual “Christmas in the Alpaca Barn” on Saturday, Nov 28 and Dec 5, 2020. Our alpacas will be in the barn for this event; come and enjoy an up close and personal look at these wonderful peaceful creatures. You are welcome to come and learn how the alpacas live, their temperament, what they eat and if you are lucky some of our friendliest alpacas may try and steal a kiss so have your camera’s ready. 

Our Farm store will be open if you are looking for unique gifts for family and friends. We feature products hand made from our own alpaca fiber, as well as unique products from Peru. Alpaca is the gift of warmth. Hand knit hats and scarves, Alpaca Bears & Dolls and the warmest socks you will ever own.

We are taking food donations for Second Harvest Food Bank.  Bring a food donation and be entered into a drawing for select alpaca products. here are some guidelines for what donations we can accept:


  • Consider donating food from the Super Six list of food. The most needed items are the "Super Six": cereal, peanut butter, canned vegetables, tuna fish, soup and beef stew.
  • Food with an expiration date earlier than the previous year, cannot be used.
